How would the tiers change in games if all playable characters had health buffed/nerfed based on how high up/down the official tier?
Example: Based on the official tier. 2 players choose to handicap/ buff based on tiering.
Auto-win tier: lowest hp.
Top: Hp Nerf
Mid: No changes.
Low: HP Buff
Crap: Highest Hp
How would the tiers change if done this way for some of the more popular fighting games?
