Depends. Aprilās floating elbow > spd is just stupid and unblockable from anywhere on the screen plus her damage scaling is retarded. Sheās arguably the best character.
Casey Jones has taunt > hockey stick spin (not the projectile deflector) unblockable set ups in the corner. Arguably the second best character.
Raph is almost like his SNES counter part but his power drill can be done in the air and his pokes have less priority. He still has amazing lock down though.
Sissyfuss can loop his HHS and fireball in the corner

No it wouldnāt. We already discussed this. There are two infinites in BR3. Only two. One requires a programmable controller (Gadoās), the other is Busizimaās and is a move you will never get off of on a human (i think its banned anyway though). Not to the mention the scaling is so bad. The combos can get ridiculous near the corner, I agree with that.
Its somewhat offset by the healing factor in beast mode however.
I never said you were stupid, or brought up the example to ācallā you stupid. My point was, people make blanket statements, say incorrect things or jump the gun all the time; and I certainly donāt think Iām an exception. I think that should be taken into account before you say other people are stupid.
Its Roche; just leave it at that. Yurian def isnāt tops but she could be upper at best. Same with Torao. what keeps Yurian from undisputed tops in my book is that some of her stuff leaves her too vulnerable and she can be outdistanced. Her supers are hard to do and offer little reward for the effort it takes to perform them.
Boy dizzies people too easily, plus he has very nice combos. Iād at least put him above Freeza.
What tools does Piccolo have to put him over Freeza? He has a solid game overall though with higher damage output then Freeza while Freeza has more options. I would say they are the same level. I didnāt order the tiers within the actual brackets. So I consider Freeza and Piccolo to be equal. They are both strong at mid range while Freeza is slightly stronger with more mix-up potential plus his palm blast is just hella nice at mid range. Blows through basically everything and he has invincibility during start-up. But Piccolo has the damage and good pokes. After the higher tiered chars he has some of the best damage potential in the game and can combo into his desperation. Jumping in on Piccolo is a bit too easy though compared to Freeza and the other high tiers.
So you see why Iām basically putting them on the same level? They have similar mid range games, while Freeza has more mix-up potential, more tools and several good pokes. Piccolo has better damage potential so he gets a greater reward for getting in a hit.
