Everyone thinks Urien is edging top tier because hes so damn popular. People just don’t see enough good Yang’s to know how good he is. Kind of a bummer, well, not really, because Yang really beats Akuma bad, so the less the better for me

Really? In that Japanese matchup chart, and in my opinion, Dudley has a small advantage over Yang. My list is the following. When I change the matchup ratings a bit sometimes, it shifts a little.

1. Yun, Chun

2. Ken

3. Makoto

4. Akuma, Dudley

5. Yang

6. Urien

7. Ibuki, Ryu

8. Oro

9. Elena

10. Necro

11. Remy

12. Alex

That a Char is too random doesn’t means that that char can’t be top tier… so, Mak isn’t “too Random” like ppl think, but it’s innegable that Mak is a Random Char. XDDDDD

For me, Urien is bad cause he only has 3 attack options: s Mp, the Charriots//umblockables combos and s Hp. i think about he like “low”, even lower than Q, Alex and Hugo…
