Phoenix Wright is such a terrible character. So free.
P. Wright has the best assist in the game though if you tag him out when he’s in Turnabout mode…
god this game’s netcode is total trash. I sure hope KOF 13 is better (it won’t be)
And its impossible to get him to turnabout mode without absurd luck against anybody decent even then its timed so you can snap him in. and as anchor you can turtle till it runs out and he is free
The netcode is really good. I got my copy on friday from game traders and played some Socal players online, the matches felt like SSF4 or better. the guy was able to get me with Shen’s HD combo.
skyrim is a much better game
Hey all, we open again tonight (Throwdown Tuesday) come get some games in! Also to keep things simple we are instigating a ‘pay before play policy’ meaning when you arrive please check in the staff and get settled up before you start gaming. Makes things easier. See everyone tonight!

Another great turn out, good times all. 7pm to 7am, gross. Wanted to send a shout out and thanks to people in the community offering to help the cause along. Things have been going well, but there’s a lot more work to be done with leveling up our scene and it’s definitely going to take a community effort to do it. A lot more promotion and advertising in our area is key, bringing in the new blood. With that shout outs to Noah, our newest and youngest Marvel player (twelve I think). He’s already a very good and serious Smash player in their community, and hopefully Portland’s next gen for the fighting game scene. Looking forward to 2012 for sure.

Would there be any interest in having a “How To Play KOF” crash course this Tuesday? (similar to Fatbear’s 3rd Strike crash course when 3SO came out). I’d like to see KOF 13 get some play but there’s a lot of little quirks people should know about the game. DandyJ’s video tutorials are fantastic of course but some people like to see this stuff in person.

We need more game variety in our scene so yes we will have a KOFXIII tutorial session same as the third strike night. Should be fun.
