omg that many people went. i knew i should of gone. o wow, choatic blue, combo fiend, xeno tiger, and jo, all u guys went, dang i wanted to meet u guys. it was a bad day for me to go also, next month i probably could make it. i just ordered my sticks so ill be practicing until then. hi purrin, lets both make sure we go to the next tourney for sure.

What can I say another awesome tournament and a lot more people showed this time. Big props to Render for hosting the tourney at his pad…really nice pad may I add. I had a great time playing all the new faces and everyone from last time as well, ggs to everyone. I was real happy about all the Venom action ha…can never have enough of that. Yea I can’t wait to check out the match videos of ID killing me ha…should be funny. Alright everyone take care and until the next tournament. Later.

Fucking awesome tourney guys. We’ve definitely gotta do that again. Had so much fun playing the lot of ya. Beasting on pizzas, sodas and just GG all damn day was too good. Had a blast. Nice to know that I can actually go somewhere and not get lost! That’s top tier, man.

You forgot one of the guys that accompanied the girl at the pizza place. ME. You forgot ONLY ME. In team tournaments that is, it was late so I’ll let it slide THIS time. Next time? Katana castration.

Great games everyone, way more people than I ever would have expected. I was thoroughly stomped and I was very humbled by several matches, especially against Combo Fiend when he found it unneccesary to pay much attention to the TV as he thorougly stomped me out. It was quite harsh.

I didn’t get to play everyone because there were so many but I’m sure I’ll see most of you at the next tourney, so no worries. You can bet I’ll be practiced up by then, hopefully all of team “Two Guys, A Girl and A Pizza Place” will be.

Thanks especially to Earl for offering up his former home for the tourney and being vry polite, kind, and patient with everyone and everything. I also need to thank him, as well as Mizerable, for the dozens of gigs of GGXX #R vids and anime I was priviliged enough to get. Thanks guys.

My respect and opinion of Earl and his gang gets higher/better every time I see them and play them. Thanks for making it a comfortable and fun atmosphere to game and hang out. See ya all at the next one.

I just wanna say props first and foremost to Render (you seriously have one of the best Johnny’s out right now) for throwing a dope tourney at his house. Secondly I want to thank Render’s mom for cleaning up all the mess that everyone was making (I don’t think anyone really was really paying attention to how hard she was cleaning up behind the scenes).

Props to the usual suspects of course; ID, Cblue, Xeno, Deuce, NSJ, Shift, Render, and TDO.
Big props go out to DEF for terrorizing like he should have been all along.
Props to Varun for not playing in over a year and still having the best RoboKy out there, and owning a club.
Props to all the new faces I met. There sure are a lot of #r faces around. Didn’t expect so many people to show.
Let’s do it again sometime, #r is fun!!!

Alpha on One and all the other NorCal guys, good stuff man, i wish i had had that skill during the casuals when i played you during the tourney Alpha ^_^;;

Also, thx to CB for letting me win that match during the Team Tourney, almost thought i earned it :stuck_out_tongue: nah i kid, i know you were trying your best, just couldnt best the beast. :wink:

Man, the tournament was zCRAZY! All the matches, all the goodness, and there were more and better people, too. It totally rocked man, totally.

SB Team: You guys are hilarious as always. Still damn good, too. We’ll catch up, you guys have been to more tourneys, but we’ll catch up to you guys eventually. Also, thanks to TDO and his prime sleughting abilitys that uncovered the mysterious reason as to why render had cough drops in the bathroom. WooOooo, Halls is scary! Also, enjoy your Dr. Bold.

R.U.N.: Didn’t get to fight Combo Fiend, but the matches against ID were informative, I’ll definitely be practicing all those techniques. Also, that crazy match against CBlue was insane. Even though I got royally owned it was quite impressive to see you fight.

Jo: Man, I don’t like fighting Johnny! I’ll get used to him though, soon enough. Glad I got those matches in with you and Render and Shift, they were quite useful in seeing what Johnny can do. I hope to see you at the next tournament, whenever/wherever it is.

Mizerable: Keep that Bruce Campbell chin (as if you couldn’t)! And make sure it’s got that 5 o’ Clock shadow, no Campbell chin is complete without one.

Pajama Sam: What can I say, I still think you look like my Baby Sitter from when I was 8 years old. Haha, hope you didn’t take offense to all my cracks at you. I meant no harm. Take it easy.

And kudos to whoever I forgot and/or am too lazy to continue to write about.

Also, the night I got home I saw my new Joystick lying on my bed, still packaged. I’m happy I finally modded it all up and now it’s all spiffy and Jap Balltop-like, W00t! I even changed the wires around so I don’t have to change controls when I’m in matches when there’s a bunch of pad players.

Lastly, as for the Match Videos of me, if you have any you want to post then be my guest. Haha, let the world know how scrubby I was against CBlue. I’d actually really like to see that again for myself, that was a crazy ass finale. Lemme know if you have it uploaded.

thanks to everyone who came down for this, it was a lot of fun. it was good to see everyone again. good games to everyone i played, tourney and casuals, it was great to get some experience against other characters and play styles. big thanks to combofiend for doing the brackets and for the tips. thanks also to CB for the advice. i’d really like to come down sometime to just hang out and play casual if you guys are down. also, i’m really sorry if anyone caught my cold, i was sick out of my mind all day yesterday but there was no way i could pass this up. again, thanks everyone, and i’m sure we’ll be doing this again soon. until next time…
