Well, some constructive criticism is probably much more useful that ‘tearing apart’ your logo here.
In my opinion it lacks that visual ‘punch.’ All I see are words words words and a big pink 3 behind it. The “Fate of two worlds” Subtitle needs to be out of the way; no one will ever mention the subtitle in normal conversation so push it out of the way, not taking center stage.
You want your viewer’s eye to travel across the logo quickly, it has to be recognizable at a glance and pop out. What is preventing this from happening is all the yellow; its everywhere.
I’ve included a small example here, it’s pretty quick and dirty- hopefully it gives you a better visualization of what I’m talking about. Your current background would do nicely after a bit of churching up with a warm/cool pallet, something that makes the viewer’s eye move in a Z motion. I would drop the bright pink on the 3 and come up with a visually appealing color that doesn’t clash with the current pallet. I would also not do what I did and use a typeface, designing a custom ‘3’ would go a long way towards making the logo more professional.
I think a darker color pallette should be best for this logo, and it should at least match or familiarize the art style of the character in-game

You should get on those guys for using your work without permission. Unless you work for them then that’s a different story…
