Texas is ranked 47th in public education, and has high rates of dropouts and teen pregnancy.
I went to the high school (in Texas) that had the highest pregnancy rate in the nation (world) back in the late 90’s. I’d hate to see what itis today. The saddest part wasn’t the unprotected sex, but the fact that a lot of pregnant hoes were actually PROUD of that statistic. 
Hey now at least America is actually trying with different nationalities/beliefs. lots of other places would tell you to gtfo.

I was honestly expecting something worse when I clicked on that. Sad thin is this guy is now getting way more exposure than the spot he paid for would have allowed.
