I’m not sure it’s about memorizing the timing for it than it is about simply knowing it exists.
There’s also a lot more character specific data to be gleaned from the Ibuki charts than just unblockables.

I don’t have a fancy schmancy phone that has internet access, and nor do I usually carry my big ass laptop with me to tournaments wherever I go. I bring it to the tournaments that I’m running, but I don’t have internet access at my usual tournament venue
Just download the information. Unless you want to be old-school, simplify the chart or print a small version of it so it becomes this mini-handbook thing.
Although I hope you’re not taking this information and reading them at the last second. Just read it beforehand and try your best to memorize it. A good way is just reading a page a day at least.
Adding to this, I found out that Google Drive is a really great way to view Mingo’s charts. You can make the whole thing offline compatible which is pretty awesome. It’s just Google Docs put into a nice and tidy list… that is until you view the charts. I honestly think Google could’ve done better than this, but it works.
I’m using Android so I don’t know if it’s available on iphones.
Off-topic:
@Mingo:
Cleaning up the “Raida (corner) , HK cd , sj.MK” unblockable column. Saving the information here:
Block regular but Ibuki lands on other side: Adon, Blanka, Chun, Dan, E.Ryu, Ken, Bipson, Oni, Rufus, Ryu.
Whiff: Abel, Boxer, Cammy, Cody, C.Viper, DeeJay, Dhalsim, Dudley, E.Honda, Fei Long, Gen, Gouken, Guile, Hakan, Juri, Rose, Sagat, Sakura, Seth, T.Hawk, Claw, Yang, Yun, Zangief.
Block regular gets hit, block crossup whiffs: El Fuerte.
**Block regular whiff, block crossup blocks it: **Guy.
With so many whiffs, I’m not sure if you’d want to bother memorize who it works on, but I guess any information is good information.
Pretty extensive list. Maybe we should just have 2 columns, colored green and red, of characters that you should or should not do this on. Whiffing a jump attack seems like a bad idea.
If it’s green, then it’s unblockable and you’ve got the green light to proceed.
If it’s red, then it’s un unblockable, and you shouldn’t bother doing it unless you want your opponent to block for some reason.
If it’s white, or blank, then anything could happen, including but not limited to: whiffing, not being safe to reversals, etc.
If you want I could fill all the blanks with some color instead of leaving it blank white, if that helps.
Unblockable variant:
neckbreaker > st.lp > walk > st.lp > j.lk
Didn’t test all the characters, but works on Ibuki, Akuma, and Ryu. I forget if Ken blocked or not.
You should post a video so we can see the exact setup.

Edit: The timing is extremely weird. Sometimes when I record it, it crosses up all the time. The first time I recorded it, it stuffed Ibuki’s kazegiri as well as all regular SRKs. Now it still hits both sides, but doesn’t stuff the kazegiri.
Yes no maybe so unblockable?
Do you feel like this setup is easier or more difficult to perform than the original Ibuki unblockalol?
Definitely unblockable. However, I can’t seem to replicate this “cross up all the time” version.
This must be the easiest unblockalol Ibuki has. I’m getting it at least 50% of the time without practice. Much easier than the ones Izuna found, or the b+MP one from Damascus.
edit: Trolololol it also works on Chun. +1 for easy unblockalols; I’m gonna troll my Chun friend later today.
Who else does it work on, TOL?
edit2: Trolololol! it stuffs Chun’s EX SBK. Trolololololololol
I’m going to shortlist the Unblockables I have in the playlist and remove the one I found for this one.
EDIT: Have some manners, put who it works on in the description or title (if it will fit).
So as a quick test, TOL’s unblockalol is pretty much the same as the walk forward b+MP one, as in it works on every one that that unblockalol does. Except it is considerably easier to do. Since the b+MP one is obsolete I’m just going to remove it from the Ibuki charts.
Quote this post when you’ve figured out who it works on. This appears to be a good ambiguous cross-up as well so I’m going to make this Unblockable show after the Ibuki one. Also could someone make a video of the Seth/Claw EX Neckbreaker Unblockable and quote this post again?
I wouldn’t rush myself removing this unblockalol from the list
(BTW thanks for the credit but Saunic discovered this unblockable, I just tried it against other characters He told me that walking a bit more makes it unblockable against Seth)
Why? Because b.MP is also a safe-jump setup. You can’t imagine how much I love the Chun Li match up now. I’d do unblockalol when she has no meter, safe jump when she has meter so she ends up EX SBK, and then re-mix with unblockable. Same for Sakura and Cammy.
Although I definitely have to get this timing, it looks easier =)
TOL’s setup is also a safe jump vs Chun.
In fact, it either stuffs Chun’s EX SBK (reversal) or it’s safe (Chun tries to delay it).
OMGWTFBBQ.
The b.MP one isn’t safe to EX SBK. Awesome =D
So I take it this new st.jab, walk forward, st.jab, j.lk is the new unblockalol of choice now? So far I’m trying it with this method:
Seems to work pretty well against Ibuki and Chun.
