The difference is not huge* and you’ll probably be fine if you just want to do an ambiguous jumpin. But you want consistency if you are trying to do frame perfect setups (unblockables).

*taking an educated guess based on experience; I’m too lazy to do frame by frame testing.

I just tested the neckbreaker s.LP s.LP setup on decapre and it works but she can ex high scramble and autocorrect grounded U2 out of it.
