At 0:46, Dante canceled a Stinger into a Crazy Combo with Ebony and Ivory. So kind of Capcom to leave this feature intact for us DMC fans :3

Glad to see Dante is finally in a fighting game. I’ve actually mentioned wishing Dante was in one a long time ago to a friend and it’s about time.

Holy fuck, along with Deadpool and Chris this guy is easily the hypest character yet revealed for this game. I can only hope his BS is suggestive of BS yet to come from upcoming roster additions.
Sweet normals, sweet combos, what looks to be a Commando AAA assist…everybody and his dog is gonna be playing this guy, and dammit, I am, too.
I like to lame it out, so seeing that Dante has the Commando AAA assist makes me very happy.
For those of you who would prefer top-quality vids (and in high-def) I suggest the 4 videos of gameplay that are currently up on GameTrailers front page of videos right now.
I’m kinda sad that there hasn’t been a single video showing Morrigan yet. I wanna see her in action, but damn, everyone is playing Dante—as I’ve seen why. He’s his beast mode self from frikkin the best of the series in my opinion, DMC3.

They did Dante justice, he looks sick but I want Nero is this game as well now. I could just imagine Nero busting out with some sick combos with that battlecry “1, 2, BLAH” “SLAM DUNK!!” “BLLLAAAAASSSSST” “AAAEYAAAAAHH”

Is it just me or does it look like devil trigger mode gives dante the ability to fly? (Shown at 27 and 33 seconds in)
yea thats what I was thinking. I really hope they dont nerf dante lol he seems strong but not broken. Most likely there will be stronger characters then him. Everyone has 2 supers right? I haven’t seen dante’s second super. I’m surprised no one has performed it yet. Hope it’s cool and useful

His Lvl.3 Super is probably gonna be Dance Macabre. He already has a long-distance super, and it just seems like a up-close and personal BIG combo like that would be perfect(They are probably going a similar route with Wolverine’s Weapon X and Captain America’s Final Justice)
Oh yea, lol I even talked about DT and asked what his second super is haha I think the mvc3 forum has been getting hectic lately so don’t mind that little mistake. can he use his barrage super in DT mode? and will the game even get 3rd supers cause the move lists don’t show it…
They didn’t include Lvl.3 supers in the demo(EG: Ryu’s Shinshoryuken, Captain America’s Final Justice, Chris Redfield’s Satelite Strike, etc).
Its gonna be like TvC where everyone has 2 Lvl.1 Supers and 1 Lvl.3 Super.
Dante’s Nevan assist seems to have trapping properties like Iori’s projectile super.
His Hyper Combo is two parts, the first stream of bullets leaves you juggled for the Charged Shot. If the opponent blocks they will have a chance to get Dante between the bullets and the charge shot.
