I shoulda elaborated a bit. I’m gettin tired of it cause Dante isn’t as fun to watch as like Sent, Mags, and whoeverthefuck. He’s aight tho, I’m just bored of him cause there’s other chars that can be explored but a bunch of people are just exploring him, Chun, Doom, and Dorm. w/e, it doesn’t matter, I can’t tell people what to do.

He’s still been more explored more than most of the cast.

I don’t think so. I think the main reason why people use Dante because he is a good character in Marvel 3. They don’t care too much about the actually character. I don’t think they have much respect for Dante other than everyone wants to win. You can tell by most of the videos. Most of videos people are using the same combo with Dante. I don’t see much exploring in my opinion like trying something different or new.
Yes i do agree they need to explore some more characters like x-23, Wesker, and so on.
The only characters I don’t see getting used very often in videos are Morrigan, Felicia, and Hulk. Everyone else on the other hand seems to be getting a pretty good amount of attention.

Dante+Doom=Amazing.
I think they compliment each other really well. Maybe throw in the Trish, and you’re good shape.

I haven’t heard enough specifics about Trish to know how good she’d be on the team, but from what I know Trish with Doom’s rocks assist would be nasty. Just like Dante’s homing missles with Doom’s rocks.
Yea those videos were pretty good,but they seem more technical. Not too many combo’s. but I must agree Yikes was put some style with Dante in the video. Dante+Doom is like Strider Doom. I wonder did he know about Dante’s teleport it would have help alot.

Eh? he’s way more flashy than Magneto IMO. Maybe not from a gameplay standpoint but I certainly think he is a lot more fun to watch from a spectator point of view.
Magneto’s animations are kind of lacklustre. I never really did like the way he moves around.
Still, I find it odd that dante doesn’t seem to have an incredibly spammy gun projectile outside of his super. He’s known for mashing those guns in every DMC game whenever he’s not using his sword XD
Magneto’s a work in progress. You can tell by his animations and textures, he still needs some tweaks, I mean, he doesn’t even have his Bruce Lee hands yet.
Ah yeah that’s true. His model is kind of flat after all.
Makes me wonder why they decided to reveal him so soon. It could have been better to hold off until he actually looked incredible.
Four specials are guns, but I think most people haven’t realized he has to cancel for them; or don’t even know they exist.
What does Devil Trigger do exactly? I know it gives him like 2 more air moves, but dose it do anything else? more damage? increased recovery?
He can also fly I think, I seem to remember seeing it in a vid once.
Does anyone have a list of all of Dante’s specials? It seems like it’s impossible for one person to find them all out on his own when given limited time with the game.

It’s still missing a lot of moves we don’t yet have the motion for, but it’s pretty much all his motion moves.
Speaking of moves, the first page needs to be updated badly, it still has his 5 move E3 moveset. As Dante’s number 1 fan on this forum, can I get this thread since the current TC is MIA?
