Just seen this forum, actually we do have an active FGC with meetings and tournaments on weekly basis.
The focus is mainly on BBCS and SSFIV, but there are ppl here who play every game you mentioned.
The meetings are usually held in tlv area, although there are players scattered all over the country, so finding offline competition wouldn’t be a problem.
