i think you only learn from failures that arent too bad. if youre getting destroyed by some guy theres probably a lot you need to work on and sometimes its hard to figure out where to start. in terms of improving, id rather be beaten only “most” of the time by someone than go 0-20.
im curious why people stick around when theyre totally beasting on someone though. i accidentally played a well known (i think hes well known, obviously im out of the loop on these things…) player on 2DF before. i accidentally won like 2 games out of some big number, like 60 or something, games. the whole time i was expecting him to quit or something but he didnt.
anyways enough offtopic
a boot option would do WAY more good than bad. sure its annoying to get booted, but in those cases the people either have bad attitudes (and arent going to be fun to play) or arent at your level anyways.
Jeez, where in that entire post did i EVER imply i only want to play against people i can “cream”???
Its not fun FOR ME to lose 50 straight times…by then i’m frustrated and NOT having fun. the other player has nothing to prove by that point and, if he is still playing, is just being an asshole.
Why keep playing against a “noob” like me (or others in the room) if you are sooooooooo much better? And if you feel like teaching me a lesson or something, then plug in your mic or send me a message. Otherwise, you are just a fuckin asshole (the hypothetical person)
I also would not have fun winning 50 straight times and I never implied that in my post. If thats what you got out of it, then you must have some real trouble with reading comprehension. Jumping to conclusions does not make you smart
