On top of all the shit new players have to go through ourc ombos don’t do enough damage and it is hard as hell to land a hit.
That’s why you play people and learn how to combo from weird hits, need to practice that myself D:
Players with knowledge of cheapness will always curb stomp you, that’s just how it is in every game. Just look at NYchrisg in grand finals making strong opponents look like terrible players that don’t know how to play the game.

If you’re getting absolutely no hits whenever you play maybe you should complain about the game less and look into what you’re doing more. Or you could play another, less salt-inducing game. This game doesn’t seem like it’s for you.

I cannot perform link combos or anything with strict timing specific AE so I play marvel.
Then pick a character that doesn’t need much links or very strict links in combos. It’s not like you have to chain multiple 1f links in every combo.
I don’t see how playing a game where you can’t get a hit is more appealing than playing a game where you’d be more likely to get a hit, be able to at least get in a decent enough combo that’s not difficult to do, and not be punished as harshly when you DO get hit. Marvel just doesn’t look like a game for you. Why insist on playing it?
