The only thing that would mess up the reset is the air dash after the :h: swing, other than that the combo from sj to ground is easy. Most, if not all fake TAC resets come after sj:l: since it messes up HSD, it’s just cool that Z found a super jump confirm for Spidey to be able to do the reset.

Anyways assuming I’m understanding what you two are talking about right now, you are saying sj:m: is not working properly for the reset after a launch? That one really does depend on the combo you are doing before hand but with all variants using both sj:l: and sj:m: I found it a lot more consistent if you launch, jump straight up, then input either :l: or 
on your way up as opposed to when you get to them. At least in my testing of it I was always at the optimal height to land the meaty :h: on forward and neutral tech for the reset then proceeded as usual.
As for consistency in the air to ground part, of course I’m going to say practice the timing, but in the corner obviously your dash is going to reach the opponent a lot sooner than midscreen but in both corner and midscreen you can actually space the j:m: and j:s: a bit to allow them to fall slightly enough to still allow the zip and let the second j:s: knock them down a bit more. Also if you’re feeling saucy I guess, you can do
j:h: xx :h: web swing air dash j:h: xx :l: web ball xx web ball j:s:…
I think that was it I didn’t go for it too much because I already had what I needed. I’ll work some more with it later tonight since I plan on recording some stuff tonight for another project.
Edit: Also it is quite possible to use some of those ground bounce resets off corner web throws as well. As a matter of fact I did one combo that his for like 700K or so into IOH :l: then air throw reset for another 730k (Spidey/Doom max air throw combo). Tested on Thor, killed using one meter. Killed 1M health characters meterless.
Afaik, sj:m: is an awful starter for the fake TAC as it floats your opponent much higher, sj:l: is much better and is harder to react to. The swing bnb I posted on the combo thread has just enough HSD for the reset and I’ve tested it on most characters already and on matches as well.
That’s why I said you have to do it on the way up instead of meeting the opponent with it. Yes j:m: will knock them up but you still have the upwards momentum of the super jump going leaving them in your path. I found this very easy to do after triple web swing combos when it seemed like I was getting the j:l: to whiff too much.
Well, I don’t even think it’s possible to meet up and use either sj :l: or for the reset as they’d flip high if they use either forward or backward tech. As with all fake TACs I’ve done and seen at the moment, you’d have to hit the opponent on the way up.
And yeah, triple swings sets it up good but if you don’t reach the corner, you can do forward sj :l: and still get the meaty from all techs.
