I have already played the game for 10 hours and I have managed to pull Ultra 2 exactly 2 times. This is nothing new, as we all knew these ultras would suck.
Epic Fail.
We didnāt all know they were gonna be trash. As I recall, there was a loud group ofā¦ should I sayā¦ sub-par players that swore they would be useful. I know the gameās only officially been out a day, but Iām calling it nowā¦ fuck it.
Counter Ultras are trash.
The only way they hit, is if your opponent doesnāt know you have it, because they just assume youāre not enough of a dumbfuck to pass up Gyro Drive.
I donāt like the flashing green connection bars when Iām searching for a match. It makes it hard to see good connection because you canāt look for the color like before when the flashing bars were white. You have to look for which session stops flashing the soonest and hope to pick it before itās full.
I guess Capcom was like, āHow do we make people feel better about the netcode? I know. Weāll showāem a screen full of flashing green bars.ā
edit: I also donāt like the Main Menu screen. I canāt tell if Ken and Ryu are about fight or make out.
I donāt like that itās $40.

I hate the fact that some Extras are not universal. Some characters have extra Rival scenes, some donāt. Some characters have two alts, some donāt. For a final game in the SF4 series, I would have like every character to have the same amount of seclectable options.
I also hate some of the new theme revisions, more specifically, Hakanās and Adonās. Sounded so much better in the trailers.
I donāt mind the damage nerf, I like it.
What I hate about SSF4 is that its still a slow, turtle, mashing, defensive, annoying sack of crap like SF4.
They could at least remove the goddamn shortcuts!

I also want to add they really did a bad job in my opinion on the replay channel. You canāt watch specific characters from top players? You have to choose a group of characters that your character is in? All that effort into making a good replay channel and that is the result?
Yeah that whole watch-random-matches thing is really wack.
They should have had a Player Search function.
Player match is not gone dumbassā¦Just create an Endless Battle match with private slots and youāre good to go

In the replay channel is there a way to search for replays with certain characters in them other than going to their designated game channel? Also can I look at all of the uploads made by people on my friendās list?

This is pretty much my only problem. I have no idea if what Iām about to watch isnāt just Dudley vs Ryu both doing random dps at each other. Makes the whole feature a waste of time.
I hate the fact that as of right now, Makoto makes you want to bash your head when you play her, and you are wondering why you even spend time with her.
