He is a nasty ass scrub that gets nasty ass wins. He does a bunch a stupid shit and is somehow able to connect with stuff that should not. To top it off, the last I played him he just uses santhrax to spam commando and runaway with storm. I don’t have much patience for his type, and when he gets raped he calls “Buuurrrshet” in his broken ass english. I think his name is Lingaling, or something equally stupid.
I just wish one day he would start shit with me, I would end him.

It seems like no one from Seattle Marvel is going to Evo. I remember seeing Zach post in the premium section saying he might not go. Crazy. Evan was gonna go until he realized how expensive it was gonna be. Kyle was gonna go until he realized that no one else is going. Kinda sucks that no one’s going despite the fact that people still play at a very very high level. Probably just bad timing this year along with lack of planning. I got the opportunity to see the heavyweights go at it last weekend (Row, JMar, Kuan) they’re still very much the shit. Looks like peeps gotta set their sights to 08.
So to all the people who are still learning/trying to get better, continue practicing for the big stage! You’ve got a whole year to get ready. If you don’t work you don’t eat, if you don’t grind, you don’t shine.

Seeing Chunksta lose to a Guile/Charlie/Iron Man team three times in a row was funny.
He used to talk shit to everyone, but then I told him to his face that he sucks and he stopped. If Fishjie is lurking around here, you will see someone who truly hates him…

He used MSS or SSCapCom against Ruben’s Guile/Charlie/IM team - neither of Chunk’s team has guns, so either he had double anti-air (Charlie + Guile) knocking him off or double ground (Charlie/Guile + Iron Man projectile) chipping him. It was interesting to watch. He would have been OK-ish if he used typhoon more, I think.
I don’t think I taped much Ruben, sorry. I think metrock did, though - I know he’s got some Ruben videos up on his YouTube listings now.

Megaman vs SSD is a horrible horrible match-up, but it was too fun NOT to. I have problems against people I like or if I get a big lead because I screw around too much, and you can’t do that with Marvel at all ever. I lost a bunch of games in casual that way just because it’s fun to dick around with Megaman.
The Hyper Mega Man would have saved Tron, but DHCing to Cable seemed like too much fun. Plus now I’ve learned a Valuable Lesson. :lol:
The really important take-away from that match if you play (or play against) Strider/Doom is the delayed overhead Clock does twice in the second match. Notice that I block everything else but that, but that’s the tricky one. He also can use the instant overhead, but I think I’ve learned on that one.
