I’m trying to just learn like one or two anchors for that, mostly Hawkeye though. When one has the best Hawkeye in the world as a coach, I must learn the character. 
you might as well play Zero/Dante/Magneto then lol.
Eh, I like Zero with Arrows a lot better than Zero with Disruptah. But that team is probably better because Mags is a better anchor, and Disruptah is better for the Twins in general.
hey guys, i’ve been meaning to pick up zero since he’s the reason i got into mvc3, and i was just wondering if anyone knows of good team synergy with zero and morrigan? i can’t think of any good set-ups, but then again my knowledge is very limited lol. morrigan’s been one of my cornerstone characters since i started playing umvc3 and one of my most comfortable to use, and i’d like to add zero on with morrigan/vergil. thanks so much for the feedback!
You can try Chris G’s Morrigan/Doom strategy with Zero as the battery. Look at some of Chris G’s games and you’ll see what I mean.
More often than not you can just pick a really good shell of 2 chars then slap Zero on point. It works. MorriDoom, MorriStrider works really damn well with him IMO.

very very interesting, thanks for the advice! i’ll give it a go in the lab and see what i can come up with. which morrigan assist would you guys recommend? i’m used to using either shadowblade for entry mixups (and the OTG team hyper) or dark harmonizer to build up meter, but then again, this is when i’m using characters that lack OTG supers and need that extra oomph to get rid of a character. i realize that with zero, with lots of practice you can essentially TOD almost any character in the game (which is obviously really nice) and that he has insane mixup potential upon opponent entry, but having the right assist is still really crucial. thanks again!
I’d suggest using Dark Harmonizer if you have Vergil on your team. XF Vergil with 4 bars on anchor is insane.
I’ve been play Zero, Dante, and Vergil since UMvC3 was released but now i want to change my team. Mostly because everyone uses that team and I find it boring. Any help please?
Well, do you have any other characters in mind?
None in mind so far. I play more of a zoning playstyle if that helps.
Replace Vergil with Strider Hiryu. Vajra is pretty much the ultimate turtling assist.
EDIT: Especially for characters that can A) teleport and B) combo off of it. Dante can do both.
Doom Missiles and Strider assist are great for turtling. Jam Session is always great as well. Ammy’s Cold Star is decent for turtling, but you should be careful about calling her when you’re at fullscreen. Akuma’s Tatsu is a good turtling assist as well.
I was thinking of Zero, Dante, Magneto. I just don’t know if I want Magneto or Dante as anchor. Dante was anchor on my old team so feel more comfortable with him but I’m still deciding.
I would pick Zero/Dante/Magneto over Z/M/D. Magneto isn’t that great with Jam while Dante is amazing with Disruptor.
Interesting that this was the last topic of conversation I was coming here to ask about Mags/Zero and which character would bring the most to this duo. I know i could play Zero/Vergil/Mags…but i want to play a team thats more focused on turning zero and magneto into beasts. Sentinel is probably the easy answer but doing that forces you to play sentinel. any other suggestions outside of the regular(doom,dante) glue?
Zero/Dante/Magneto if you amazing execution and neutral game and feel more defensive
Zero/Vergil/Magneto if you wanna rush that shit down and play offensive.

Zero/Dante/Mags or Zero/Doom/Mags are probably the best teams for using him w/ Zero.
Wow, I really haven’t had the chance to play in a while but have been doing a lot of theorycrafting based on my last lab session, which was a week or two ago. My stable is almost final:
Zero (obviously)
Viper
Ironman
Frank West
Dante
Still looking at a few other characters as Dante is my only “glue” guy right now. The default team is probably between Zero/Dante/Viper, Zero/Dante/Frank and Zero/Ironman/Dante - then swapping in and out based on matchups. Should probably add Mags and Strider to the list and call it a day.
