Also a lot of smart tv companies have partnered with Roku to have their OS as the TV’s OS. Both my parents tv are Roku TV’s. My friends I normally hang out with have like 4 Roku tv’s as well.
Their OS is minimalist and very easy to navigate. I honestly love it. I’ve thought about replacing my tv (LG) with a Roku tv simply because LG smart tv’s OS is horse shit.
But yeah, the actual Roku plug in just goes into the USB port on your tv. They intro Roku is only about 30ish.
