Edge is way better than aj in every way. Then again i come from the late eighties/early 90s and the types of wrestlers are like are from the nineties.
The x-division is not on the level of the cruiser weights. Yeah i know juvi, jerry lynn, and x-pac were in the x-division. But those were the days, and they were not just tied to being spot monkeys. Doug Williams was an awesome champ along with respect my ice cream kaval
AJ has been pushed hard since russo became head booker in 2003. I get it that he is a small guy who has some okay matches. I just do not get into him.
My favorite guy in tna is jay lethal. Dude always gets fucked. He beats kurt angle and the dudleyz clean nothing. He beats flair. Nothing.
He does segments with hogan and flair keeping up on the mic and he does not look out of place. Hell he tooled booker t in a promo. The guy has great matches, does good promos, and is marketable as hell.
I mean they build him to the cusp of breaking through then forget he is on the roster and not book him.
Seriously if they was joe, lethal, morgan, hernandez, and the mcmg instead of fortune would have worked much better.

Edge is better then AJ, AJ is one of the more overrated wrestlers in the business. He basically was just flippity flip flips while no selling constantly and putting out no real in ring story. He has got better at that in the last year or two though. And yes I have always said the same thing about JoMo.

Ok I come in this thread and I don’t post as much anymore mainly because I’ve noticed little wars of Who is better,who I want to see,who I think needs to quit, Why he shouldn’t be champion,why does he deserve or is he getting a push.with no real logic behind it other then “Oh I just don’t like him”.
The List of names i’ve seen multiple people hate on and there reasoning:
Edge (He’s old,gimmick is stale,doesn’t cut good promo’s,in ring is so so)
Sheamus (Got a politic push,can’t wrestle)
Rey Mysterio (The new king of backstage politics,knees busted,don’t want to see him as champion anyway)
The Miz (Sucks in the ring,Not really championship material,ok on the mic)
Triple H (Seen him with the title too much)
John Cena (Seen him with the title too much,6 moves of death is boring,promos PG and boring)
The Undertaker (too old)
Kane (Too old, tired of seeing vs taker,vs big show,vs henry)
Drew McIntyre (Not good on mic,boring,stale)
Daniel Bryan (overrated,not good in the ring,stale on the mic)
Randy orton (Stale,can’t talk,overrated wrestler,seen him with the title too much)
Out of all the names i’ve listed if you subtract these names from the title picture,top of the mountain,for any reason, what kind of company do you now have??

No they aren’t perfect by a long shot but they have been steadily losing older talent, I think boosting guys like D.Bryan before he got fired was great,moving Sheamus as a powerhouse was solid because with batista quitting and M.Henry not getting a legit title reign outside ECW,who else would be the powerhouse for the RAW show??
The Miz deserved the push based upon his work ethic over the years,his ability to draw attention to the company via the media,his mic work and the fact that he is a pretty cool heel.
CM Punk is “The” Heel for RAW in my eyes right now,he can wrestle his ass off and has often saved other wise dead PPV’s with his ability too talk and extend matches
Edge has done wonders for the WWE despite injuries to him and the roster overall,it’s not his fault the Rated R gimmick has died…he didn’t choose to go PG fellas, he can wrestle we all know this,he is great on the mic, the problem has always been booking and who to nook him against and honestly, outside kofi kingston on smackdown,based upon the list of people you all either hate or don’t want to see near or around the title, he has no one to wrestle on smackdown but wade barrett.
Fact is you take away these names and what do you have…
