Talking to some friends about this. Trying to figure out the pay of mid carders. So they see independent contractors… So they need to pay back the taxes… No medical… He’s married with a kid. Plus they are still paying for car rental which is like $1000-2000 most likely a week on its own. Plus I believe they have to pay for hotels right? That’s alot.

I see both sides of Lio’s stance. But, it is hard for him to have supporters in the locker room since he is young and hasn’t paid his dues relative to others. I’m not against him trying to change/improve the culture, but given his history and his status in the WWE tier list, he’s not going to be well-received.

Not disagreeing with you entirely. Just sayin, 300 over 5 years is not alot with WWE’s grueling schedule and “independent contractor” shenanigans. Not like Rush is some green guy, he has some level of experience and can actually wrestle when allowed
Rush could very well be a little shit, but with all ive seen so far, not quite convinced. I’ll gladly change my stance if its proven Rush is cancer

Most WWE/NXT wrestlers live in Florida where they all get huge tax breaks and shit on housing due to WWE’s association with the state and certain cities within the state.
i cant even imagine how much medical insurance is, because in general they might fit into a different cheaper bracket if wwe actually treated them like real employees. but because they have to pay the taxes later i think on paper it makes them look way way richer than they are.
Rush doesn’t do little. He wrestles regularly on 205 while managing Lashley.

All sorts of groups and cultures have initiation rituals. They arent meant to be hazing, they’re small rites of passage that create a common background for the people entering the group.
Calling it blanket hazing is ignores whats actually happening. Typing with my thumbs otherwise you’d get a big detailed paragraph of why he should stfu and do it.
