An occasional onscreen talent
Also, apparently talent have been purposely making their piss tests āhotā so wwe will fire them. WWE hasnāt let anyone go, however. Even with three strikes.
Alright, whatās going on that suddenly all wrestlers are trying to sabotage the 'E? Is this basically a full scale mutiny against Vinceās nonsense?
New competition. A new promotion called All Elite Wrestling born out of the success of All In is coming and itās being backed by Jacksonville Jaguar owners Shahid Khan with his son Tony Khan being itās president. They got all the members of the Elite signed and acting as vice presidents of the company and signed quite a few guys to big money deals and have a major TV deal with Turner Sports waiting to be announced. Other promotions like MLW are gaining traction and New Japan is expanding more in the US. WWE talent are beginning to see that Vinceās company isnāt only game in town to be a big name and make a living doing wrestling.
I know that part of it (Didnāt know about MLW though, gonna have to check them out). The problem is what is going on with company culture that you have all of these unhappy wrestlers? Iāve railed against creative since the first time I started posting in this thread. It felt like things were getting better, but it just seems like a lot of guys are just burnt out on the type of company the WWE is.
It seems to be a combination of schedule + booking / creative decision that just has people in near revolt mode.
Thereās been quite a few guys that went on to great success after leaving the company. Cody became largely successful, PAC is having the best run of his career since returning to Dragon Gate, Jack Swagger MMA career is off to a great start. All three has been shitted on by WWE management. Some are beginning to see that the grass might be greener elsewhere.
Makes you wonder why Punk didnāt go to Japan. Probably couldāve made more money going there instead of getting bodied in the octagon.
Lived out his dream though. Hard to put a price on that.
Iām really hoping AEW takes off for the sake of forcing WWE to be better. The amount of really good talent theyāve squandered is ridiculous.
Just a general misuse of talent. Guys that were gods in Japan are lower on the card than Shane. Thatās wild to me.
Also while the current main event picture seems okay, the way things shake out long-term is achingly predictable.
See this is something that bothers me. Shane has no business wrestling anybody. McMahons and Triple H are in storylines for the sake of forcing themselves in them.
Its been like that for a while and it feels like a reason why people would just be done with the company.
Wow, thats crazy.
Source? The only thing I could find is that this is from 10 years ago.
Meltzer apparently said itā¦it looks like it was taken out of context.
Well damn, this sucksā¦
WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY MOXLEY?!
Iām curious to see if moxley really leaves WWE or if this is just a retcon of him. Like one of his personalizes breaks out and he has more control of the character and they start from ground 0 with moxley
Either way, Iām really digging this and want to see where this goes.
I fell out of the hardcore scene prob just as he was getting in. So I honestly donāt know this version of him
He was done with wrestling. What he went through in WWE killed his passion for wrestling. Same thing happened with Ricardo Rodriguez.
Sucks? It is awesome. Tired of seeing the UFC HW division held up for a dude that was going to get wrekt.
That 12 rounds movie he did was actually fun
I could see moxley in hollywood
If moxley gets announced for the g1 that show gets sold
