With that said, I don’t think Amann’s team can actually demonstrate damage caused even if the statements made by Punk were exaggerated or untruthful.
Which is why he never had a chance.
However, what this is doing is making Punk look REALLY bad in his own right. He’ll win the suit, by way of just simply not losing, but it’s ultimately not a good look when a great majority of the testimony so far has been directly at odds with what he’s been saying for years. Should be interesting how he and AJ testify. Verdict should be coming within the next day or two.
Do you
Guys honestly care about this punk trial? Cause I could give fuck less.
Define caring. If you mean the result, then no I don’t give a shit because it’s a waste of time for all involved. Amann can’t possibly win and he’s basically suing just to be petty.
So in that respect, I’m with you, fuck the trial.
However I do enjoy hearing about more clarification of what happened surrounding Punk’s departure.
There wouldn’t be any talk about it if there was no interest. I’m definitely interested in it.
Al-Queda not a fan of wrestling apparently…
I wish Punk’s trial was streamed. His testimony from the trial notes are fucking hilarious
If I was a B student…
Cool they got rid of the Grand Championship.
This Nia/Ronda/Natalya thing is hurting my head…
beast
punk didnt have insurance through wwe?
When do independent contractors ever get benefits from whoever their independently contracted to?
It’s why every few years, and most recently since WWE is making more money than they ever have thanks to their tv deals and that Saudi money, that pro wrestling should be unionized and become actual employees with benedits
I recently watched the three matches between Kazuchika Okada and Kenny Omega that took place last year. I then cancelled my WWE Network subscription. I don’t want to see them ruin Nia anymore.
Let’s not.
I do not want to see some some Communist douchenozzle gain a platform to have political influence.
Nia is not really as good as you think she is.
Cool…now where is the MYC2 news?
WIG!
I lowkey want him to stay retired…yet I also lowkey want him to face AJ Styles.
Unionized or not, I hope WWE does more to take care of their superstars. One thing I’d like is more rest and downtime. A periodic one or two-week break away from TV and house shows to relax, nurse some injuries, prevent some over-exposure, and give room for other superstars. The roster is large enough where they can afford that.
