Iâm reading the CM Punk Dr Amann trial notes from Wrestlezone and itâs quite fascinating.
My initial thoughts after reading Amannâs testimony was that Amann provided a good argument on his behalf. For example they showed pics of Punk at the royal rumble and there was no lump present in his back.
Now Punk and Cabanaâs team are doing cross examinationâŚIâm not quite sure what their defense is but I think they are just trying to paint the story that Dr. Amann didnât do his job.
When you can do shit like this, you can flip all you damn want.
If they can show even perceived negligence on his part then they basically win.
Amann has to prove that Punk knowingly lied and did so to disparage and hurt him financially.
Itâs not going to be easy and is likely just (as lots of people assume) WWEâs way of getting back at Punk.

Yeah Amann has absolutely no chance to win the trial just due to the fact that heâs the plaintiff. If it was the reverse and Punk was the one suing, Punk would be in the same boat. Too easy to dismiss this one.
So far the only thing this case is doing is clarifying what happened during the fateful Royal Rumble 2014. If John Cone was being legit, and Punk admitted to being concussed but also being pissy when they tried to take him out of the match early, it makes him look like a damn tool. It wonât affect the court case at all, but still.
I actually tuned into smackdown to watch Joe vs Bryan, only to be severely disappointed. Cass is terrible. He is absolute garbage.
