Well since this is the wishlist thread, guess I will throw out my Scarlet Witch moveset.

:qcf:+:atk:- Hex Bolt, fires three hex bolts in front of her with short distance to about mid screen, on goes diagonal up, forward, and diagonal down, air okay, different strength changes property of hex bolt
:l: low damage, quick startup and no recovery, easy to rapid fire
The hex bolt upon impact causes an explosion knocking the opponent down, if guarded cancels the explosion.
:h: The hex bolt hits but the explosion is delayed and causes a launch type of impact. Guarding cancels the delayed impact
:qcb:+:atk:- Chaos counter, performs a counter using chaos magic,
works against projectiles, :l: works against non cinematic melee super
:l:- does a quick burst that knocks the opponent down, little damage
- Causes the opponent to spontaneous combust dealing good damage, and launching them :h:- Teleports the opponent to the otherside of the screen but smallest attack frame
:hcf:+:atk:-Hex sphere, creates a concentrated sphere of chaos magic Air okay
:l:- Creates the sphere closerange, biggest hitbox of the three
- Creates a trap in midair that activates and does medium damage, small hitbox
:h:- Fires a fast moving orb projectile that has high damage, medium hitbox but long startup and recovery
:db:+:atk:- Hex Blast, fires a focused hex bolt in the form of a beam air okay, :l:- fires :df:, OTG
straight forward, wall bounce :h:- fires :uf:
:hcb:+:atk: Hex Trap, sets up a trap in front of her, strength changes function
:l:- causes weak damage with knockdown
- Wraps the opponent up in metal bar doing light damage but holding them still for a short time, longest time
:h:- Pillar of hex magic covers area, doing heavy damage, shortest time, affects air opponents as well
:rdp:+ :atk:- Teleport, :l: does a prolonged teleport to the same spot, allows her to dodge grab or such
Teleports up in the air above area :l: Teleports to other side of screen
