Is it a triangle dash AFTER you land from the first Phoeni Inferno, or do you just air dash diagonally forward BEFORE landing from it?

Just played at a recent CEO@Expcon tournament. Was really fun. I made top 3, lost twice to flash metroid in winners and loosers. I played on stream a good 3-5 times so check out my phoenix play guys and I would also like some critique on where I messed up when I lost to flash so I can better improve myself. Only 430,000. If you top it off with Phoenix Rage, it’s somewhere around 530,000-545,000.
