Man, I just don’t understand why people are still hung up over the brick zombies. Like I said, it makes things more unpredictable as long as they aren’t crawling on ceilings or solving calculus problems, I’m fine with it.

right but I want them to veer…it would be nice not to know the next 7 seasons worth of storylines.
theyve veered off the storyline a bit ( adding random people ), you cant say you dont want to see michione and all of her crazyness though. I really want to see some of the stuff in the comics come to life.
the story is pretty slow moving considering theres only 4 more episodes and rick and laurie havent even met back up yet.

Brick zombie is fine because the first EVER zombie used a brick in the first scene.
Ladder zombie was okay because it wasn’t even climbing. Fence zombie was shitty because it zipped right up there and landed on it’s feet. If it has to be there, have it hobble up and then take a nasty faceplant on the way down.
For season 1. There’s 13 more for season 2. No word on season 3 yet.

I’m just now getting in on this and holy crap this show is awesome, man. I’m also pleasantly surprised by the level of violence being shown. I thought that cop was soooo toast when he got surrounded by the zombies in the street by that tank. Haha, the horse wasn’t so lucky.
Blondie in the white pants at the beginning of this episode---- good enough… I’d hit. haha, Brunette Girl is getting drilled right now in the forest.

I know it’s not the route they apparently wanted to take here…but I still think fast zombies are a much more threatening prospect than the old style slow zombies. Either way they can overwhelm you with sheer numbers and if you slipped up and somehow got surrounded…but it’s likely you can at least successfully outrun the slow guys. If this situation popped of for real and we’re dealing with the fast ones or the Left 4 Dead style fast/super ones…that’s just Game Over no matter how you look at it, man. I’d have fun killing as many as possible, but I would realize that it’s ultimately a hopeless battle, and a horrible death is inevitable (*of course I’d rather kill myself than get torn apart by those things)

In the comic, Shane gets more and more bitchy as time goes on, seeing Rick happy with his wife and son. Eventually Shane goes ballistic about Rick showing up and “ruining everything” for him, as in no more nookie. Rick is still clueless while Shane’s going off like a retard full of sugar and hyped up on Power Rangers. I’m not sure Rick put 2 and 2 together until after that…incident.
i don’t have a problem with the zombies. i was also hoping like another poster that the zombie would do a face plant after climbing the fence. that was kinda dumb but it’s not like if they’re glittering like a twilight vampire or anything. the zombies of old aren’t cut out for modern life.

Here’s something else numerous people in my area noticed: Here in the south we have a lot of trailer parks. If there’s a woman sleeping around, there’s a 50% chance that out of ALL the names she could have, her name will be Lori. Rick shoulda figured something was up sooner.
