Ha, that is the most satisfying spoiler. That is some comic stuff right there.
And yeah, Matthew Wieners greedy bitch ass pretty much ruined AMC.
It’s a huge deal that they had to pay him that much, they aren’t HBO so they can’t just toss money around like crazy. Then again, don’t act like there were tons of zombies in the first season. After the pilot zombies weren’t really there all the time either.
That’s why they had to split this season up, because they’ve basically got nothing to show after it’s over.
Basically as long as there are zombies in the show and people start getting bitten and killed, I will enjoy it. More people need to get eaten, when the barn opens I hope that is rectified.
This episode was fun, the drama felt real and I must commend the show on their makeup/ special FX team, they make every zombie scenario very believable and dark.
What weirded me out with the scene with Shane and Andrea was the fact that Shane had bulge in his pants before she grabbed his junk. I don’t know what’s more weird, if the director(s) told him to stuff a sock before hand, or get a real chubby for the scene…
Anyways…
Sad Maggie had to learn the hard way that these creatures aren’t human anymore, but bloodthirsty walkers, but at least the experience put Glenn back into her good graces again.
Anyone else laughed when that farmboy was trying to hold his gun like a gangsta at the shooting range and the black dude tried him.
Also i know i can’t be the only one pissed at maggie for basically giving glenn the whole “you should be in charge you do so much” speech. Ruins every show i swear.
At this point, it seems the show is just using the comics as guidelines, and I’m quite happy with that actually. Keeps it fresh, though this last episode kind of hit me with the whole Andrea/Shane thing…
That would be a dope ass twist. I’d be like “DOPE”. Maybe they will almost make it to the prison at the end of this season after all! GOD I HOPE WE MEET TYRESE.
I don’t recall any of that in the comic. They talked in an issue or two, they’re conversation didn’t have any impact on the story. I mean, the twins had a far deeper impact on Carl than Sofia. Bar none.
Time for a rant. This past episode was a piece of shit. I counted 5-7 minutes of zombies dying, and 50 full minutes of country Georgia women trying and failing to hide their apparent mutual sexual attraction to the only character who hasn’t buttoned his shirt for the entire series.
I hate Andrea. She’s mostly just there to do dumb shit and get in the way. The whole learning how to shoot zombies thing would be cool I guess, except that shooting slowly moving things in broad daylight is a) not all THAT hard/badass and b) just a waste of bullets when you’re standing next to a car.
Lori ate ALL the abortion pills in one go, really? She couldn’t read the instructions?
I don’t hate everyone though. Glenn and Shane add a lot of uniqueness to the show, Darryl has superpowers, and I’m pretty sure Sophia has been hiding in Dale’s eyebrows this whole season. I still don’t see why T-Dog is even there but I like his character well enough.
That was a hot little moment there when Andrea suddenly got the craving for a wild time in that car… you could practically smell a powerful aura of lust in the air… hell yeah I would’ve ravaged her thoroughly out there. Other than that and the quality FPS headshots she was scoring earlier (the Unreal Championship announcer should provide live commentary when she’s shooting), and Lauren Cohan continuing to be smokin’ HOT as hell, that’s really all that mattered to me last week.
the stupid thing is, when I quote the statement then I see it anyway. that needs to be fixed but
[spoiler=]I FAWKING KNEW IT!!!
I was just about to come in here and mention that then boom, shits bricks, lol. I will soon get my wish, hopefully, now.[/details]
