I actually liked this episode. They finally show Andrea stepping up into becoming the bad ass in the comic. Not really a fan of what happens between her and Shane (gag).

I really like it when Dale just calls everyone out. His expressions are priceless when people lay all this heavy shit on him. You can just here him thinking “why the hell do these assholes keep telling me this shit??”

Man is this entire season going to stay on this farm with the lost kid? The last episode was good but todays was also…meh. Andrea is also starting to piss me off. Did anyone else call her a stupid bitch after she shot Darryl? I literally said that when she did.
Since Robert Kirkman is heavily involved in the show, I wouldn’t put it past him to switch it around in the comic.
I remember in the Anime adaption of Spawn they introduced an Angel character (probably was going to be Angela but due to the Neil Gaiman lawsuit Mcfarlane changed the character) and killed her off at the end of the last season, he last words were 'no regrets.
Years later in issue 100 Angela returns, is killed off and he last words were lo and behold ‘no regrets’.

totally shocked, myself. Guess things will be more different than i anticipated. Has definitely peaked my interest again.
Also, apparently after next week there will be a break in episodes until february. Frank Darabont leaves after this episode, whatever that means. Maybe the show will get back on track?
I’ll tune in next week, since this season has been lackluster on dat ass to me.

So I just read that they fired all the writers from season one. And now we have season 2. Also, apparently the budget was cut for shows like Mad Men, hence the reason there has been so little zombies and more farmville. Explains everything.

I’m amazed that in one little episode, we managed to tied up like 1 1/2 seasons worth of drama. Pregnancy, Shane, Barn Walkers, being afraid to shoot, everything seemed to be wiped away that quick. Thank god. Now they need to find the girl and get on with it.
However, what has me puzzled is the blood test at the end of season 1. I assumed that the doc had told Rick that his wife was pregnant, and that he knew this whole time, but he totally didn’t give off that vibe in this episode. He seemed genuinely suprised. So then what the fuck did the doc really tell him?
Also, Lori needs to just be tossed into the Barn and left to rot, Andrea is at least attempting to redeem herself, and redneck mom has lived up to her namesake and is ready to trade in her kid for another redneck boyfriend. Farm Girl is the closest thing to a redeemable character, and she’s been limited to banging an asian dude.
