This game is the hotness.
I know it won’t do well in American arcades, but I’d buy any console that has this in a minute.

The 2d people who probably don’t even play vf4 and know how it’s to be played, praise vf4 or say it’s the best fighting game or 3d fighting game ever cuz gamespot said so (since when are gamespot employees experts at fighting games?), are the same people who find doa4 to be good game.
I’m not a huge VF fan, but I gotta admit that the game LOOKS good. How it plays is another matter.
Anybody know if this is a PS3 exclusive ?

One thing I never liked about VF was the lame speech. It hurts really bad.

- I have played VF4:Evo EXTENSIVELY. I do not claim to be anything near an expert (Hell, I’d say I suck), but I know a good game when I play it, and it’s a damn good game. I get the feeling that it’s the same for most of the people posting in this thread.

It happens with every character… I hate juggling even more. how can you knock someone in the air and keep them there with a freakin jab? realism my ass.
Game looks great and im sure it plays just as good. The stage with the cage and lights and stuff looks fantastic!
However, they need to seriously redo the sound. The generic punches and kicks sound like ass. When they hit the floor sounds bad too. Also whenever someone does a spinning kick or sweep that sshhwwwoosshh noise sounds CORNY as hell. In addition, when someone gets hit with a big attack that kaboom noise sounds terrible. Please AM2 you could do better than that shit.
The sound effects definitely need to change, and I’m expecting them to. Hell the ground hit and block sounds are straight from VF4.
I don’t know what you’re talking about the “standup moves in the ground”. About juggles…maybe you shouldn’t play fighting games, maybe the UFC/Pride games are for you, very realistic.
