I dunno, but, I recently updated a couple of my combos to include 2 reps of multi-hitters & it turned out well. Next experiment = FULL STRING LOOPS~

Pretty much any good combo is gonna have as many hard hits as possible “early” (<— this is a hint) then afterword when damage scaling already took it toll multi-hitting moves and it’s follow ups actually add quite a bit more damage and meter.
You said you can get over 8k mid-screen from c.lk, that contradicts (heavy early, multi later) that’s BEEN our philosophy -_
Starting with c.LK doesn’t mean you can’t still stuff other heavy hits early…

I juss ran a simple test: grab–> lk mp(all)x2(1) mk(all) c.hp j.mk(1) j.hp ad j.mp(1) j.hp, land/dash lp mp(all)2x(1) mk(all) hkx3 xx qcf+hk xx qcf+kk clocked in @ 3.8k & then I did grab–>same thing, but straight to c.hp & got 5K :: so, full-hitting reps do NOT yield more damage.
Now, how to arrange your normals to get 8K+ mid-screen/No Syringe with 1 meter from c.lk? Hmmmm, this guy’s either trolling, or knows the secret to the universe (btw, mid-screen = starting from the wall, not near-corner where you can pop an alpha blade after an aerial & get bounceback).
I start a lot of my combos with j.hp x2. It’s viable.
That’s not really what is meant haha. Of course you can start combos with it, but posting BnBs you should really start with a light, its convention for comparison sake.
EDIT: Also, that being Omni, I doubt it is a troll. I am very interested as well haha
Standing light starts about 5% of the combos that I do, compared to the 33% I start with j.hp, and 33% I stay with j.hpx2.

Ahh that why you though I was trolling xD hell yeah I use Type B, it’ll get you 2-4 j.HP’s depending on the starter/location and by the time you’re done with that and the s.hp reps you’ll already hit max scaling. Also because that set we did I may have found a way to hit 9k+, more on that later.
Shoutouts to being the only other Val I saw also using Kara-syringes.
Yep! Valentine just happens to be my mains. And, I am pretty much in love with her mid-air options, her syringe gimmick for hindering opponents, nice overall special moves, her combo-friendly normal moves, and her… assets.

Green Syringe HP reps are fun, but my execution was crap when we played our set >.< i’ll have to mess with type B again, soon & GGs, I was gunna use the Vocaloid palette, but you load faster than me >_>

Also I think the max I can get off a cr.lk starter is 8.6-8.8k+, I actually manage to use every one of her normals in said combo as well. xD

You have a different way of comboing than me gz on using all her normals & getting REAL 36E DAMAGE. I tried saving MP for a certain combo, but IPS bitches (even though I masked it with a weaker normal) that fkn IPS I tell ya
Swift Edit: Yeah, loox that way. A lot of palettes are vocaloid references (I dun even know wtf Vocaloids is) i think Bella’s Rash palette should be changed to Pimple___juss makes a lot more sense~
