Pick Omega Red as Throw assist. Call Omega Red and quickly do Venom Webb(qcf+pp). If done right Omega Red should be holding a Webb covered character with his coil, once the webb comes off p.2 can attack or do specials(if they have air specials) and they will come out upside down. I did this on Dreamcast.
