why don’t you like doom and dante together? on paper it seems pretty legit, but i’m guessing it has something to do with hit confirms or maybe keep away
Alot of the theory guys do, but I’m not that big on theory. I just don’t think Dante protects Missiles well nor can he abuse it as well as other characters. Jam Session is good for Doom but it doesn’t help him get in at all which is his primary problem. Also I don’t like the comeback factor of the team and I’d rather play Magneto/Dante/Sentinel.

What about Magneto Zero (Ryuenjin) Dante (jam) ?
Morrigan can go HAM, I play her almost the same way I play Magneto.
@Kef and I both play that team. It is mad good. Most of the tech and stuff works with Schmidt’s team as well, so plenty to steal from streams.
Mags can DHc into Zero for decent damage, or hard tag into Dante who DHC’s into Zero for ToD.
Mags with Jam is solid, Zero + jam is ridiculous.
You got invincible crossovers.
You got Mags. You got Zero.
In a pinch you got Dante/beam teleport mixups.
It is good.
So far the only thing I can’t ToD off of for 2 bars is Magneto confirm off Jam session (all hits). I need 2 bars to start, a snap, or a TAC combo.
the one japanese player plays dante/doom/and i for get the third. hes pretty good
Yeah I mean it isn’t awful or anything, I just don’t like the composition when you could be running more broken stuff.
Morrigan rushdown is pretty fucking good, she’s just alot harder to play than most of the cast.
Super Skrull? Orbital Grudge: Tatsu like assist with 1 hit of super armor, Stone Smite: Wallbounce and OTG, Tenderizer: like dog coldstar assist but hits the face. I use him for my Magneto Doom team. XF3 Skrull super derp!

hey I was watching the socal stream today and filipino champ was havin fun against a sentinel, it looked like it was super jump, addf jl into crouch low repeat repeat repeat… just wanna know exactly what he was doing there anybody catch that? were the dashes plinked into low? looked fun I wanna practice something new in training mode. not sure how to plink dash a low, or even if that was what was goin on…

what do you guys do vs Captain America? I have no idea what to do vs him, I can’t AA him since his normals are amazing, I can’t zone him very well and I can’t hold him in 1 place to trijump. What should I do?
Depends on what assist he has. The matchup will be very hard if he uses Unibeam since H Charging Star becomes completely safe(but I assume you rarely face that). It also depends on your assists, a lot of assist calls are fairly unsafe vs Charing Star/Hyper Charging Star.
Don’t try rushing him down and wait for him to mess up, Charging Star blows up most of your offensive options but it’s fairly unsafe most of the time unless he uses unibeam. Use u/b boxdash backward Magnetic Blasts, and u/b addb j:s:, super Jump Magnetic Blasts are not bad, Approach using flight from super jump height backed up by assists. Try to be patient and punish Charging Stars by throws, don’t use normals as Hyper Charging Star Frame traps will blow you up. Disruptor is not bad from full screen or if Cap’s jumping. Try to be at full screen and put yourself at full screen, since Cap’s options all max out at 75% of the screen(Shield Slash + H charging star are not full screen), so it’s safe to Magnetic Blast/Disruptor at those ranges. Basically zone him using fly/super jump blasts or from full screen, and try to be patient.
It depends on his assists too. Unibeam is a huge problem and allows Cap to become a hard matchup for most of the cast members and high/top tiers, since H Charging Star becomes safe and leads to a combo on hit/mixup on block(other assists he’s usually punishable by throw) and it gives him a full screen poke which he lacks. Good thing your average Cap player is not the type of player that’ll actually use Iron Man though.
