I use Spidey/Storm/Doom, but I’m no good with Storm, I wish I was. I’m working on her for the moment but I’m also running with Hawkeye in the middle. imo He’s good anywhere on a team. I’m sure you guys have seen the work Xero does with Spidey/Storm/Doom, I didn’t know he used them before but seeing what he can do has motivated me more to step it up.

Do you guys have any words on Dr Strange with Spider-Man?

With bolts assist, you can slip in a throw or instant overheads . I’m not sure if the second bolt with be able to make Spidey’s ground throw combo extendable though.

It does. Spidey and strange is something I’ve been working on lately. I like the stuff strange can do after maximum spider

Cool! I play 2 serious teams atm, Hawk/Str/Doom as my second. Never got to play Spidey with Strange though. Guess I’ll have to try. Although I’m not too sure what matchup this team addresses, it looks fun to play.

I tried many characters with spidey and i think i’m gonna stop with Spiderman/Frank/Albert. Got a one of the best neutral assist and OTG assist, can extend my combos (720k atm, can do more, but extended combos = higher drop risk, so i’ll stick with it) but still can’t get frank west to level 4 after one combo (2bars), level 3 is meh compared to level 4! Still learning… one thing that bothers me is playing with lvl 1 frank more than lvl 3/4/5. Maybe i’ll switch to spidey/wesker/frank once i’m good with frank.

I need to rephrase then. I want a decent chance of winning, and want to win based on my skill, not a characters abilities and features.

If I was bent on pure domination then Id surely be playing something like Morri/Doom or ZMC.

I dont think I had a shot in hell with Dant/IM/Strider.

How exactly are you whiffing? I’m guessing you’re probably whiffing c/s:m: when you rush down. If you get that all the time, just use c:l: c:l: c:h: instead.

Guys, what’s the most damaging meterless follow up after maximum spider> stalking flare dhc?

Isn’t that Dorm combo stuff? Anyway, I think you have time for 2d 1c or 2c 1d and do standard dark matter extension from there if you are in the corner or just dark hole > chaotic flame mid screen. I would ask Karsticles for help on that

Most damaging meterless, and chargeless, follow-up would be :m: Mass Change air dash :f: j.:h: xx :l: Dark Hole. The easier method would be :m: Mass Change :m: Dark Hole. Having 1D2C (1 Red, 2 Blue, Bigger Meteor Shower) is the most optimal charge follow-up, since not only does that build you a crapton of meter and do a majority of the damage at that height, but it puts them in a hard knockdown state afterward.

The reason that Dormammu doesn’t get much off of the DHC is because they just get too high up to be able to be touched by the meteor showers. =(

Yeah unfortunately maximum spider takes the opponent out of super jump state so he doesn’t get strong followups after DHCing. If it weren’t for that you would be able to get :m: mass change fly j:h: xx :l: dark hole j:s: shenanigans
