Is there anywhere in london with a decent kof 98 and 2002 machine? ive seen the one 98 at goodge st but the joystick is terrible. Are there still any decent 98 players in the uk?i think most of the peeps have moved on, but i’m sure ryan is still gonna be heavy at 98.
Quite a few ppl go Goodge ST on Fridays.
The stick isn’t that good, but hopefully they’ll be replaced reasonably soon.
KOF2002 is also there, but again crappy sticks.
1 for 4 credits on 98 is good value for money though.

There are people that still play 98 as well (you can usually meet them in Casino on Fridays or weekend)

I’m planning to take a vacation to jolly old England. I’ll be there about a month (Jan-Feb). I’m not quite sure where I’ll be yet but doubtless I’ll stop by London for a while. Sightseeing and what have you. I’ll be travelling alone and I’m a pretty avid gamer. Anyone in the UK play SF3/SF2/CVS2/etc? I see a lot of posts about KoF and I’m not too big on it but I’ll take what I can get.
So, is there a scene for me to crash or what? Like I said I’ll be travelling around, might hit up Ireland, Scotland, and Wales too.
I dont think this thread gets much attention anymore. 3S and ST are pretty big around London, CvS2 has a small scene, mainly because theres no good arcade with it setup at the moment. If you head over to www.neoempire.com that place gets a lot of hits from UK players, Im sure the guys over there can give you some better info.

Hi everybody, I’m a spanish 3s player, on 13 May, i coming to London Gatwick, and i will stay at London for 1 or 2 days, I will take a trip around United Kingdom these week.
I heard in another post about arcades, trocadero, namco station and casino arcade I’ll try to know them but I would like to meet with somebody who plays this game, 3s(i play another vs. games but this is the only i dont suck too much xD) so, if there is anybody who can recomend me an option or wants to play… i’ll be right here.
I have registered on neoempire but i havent recieve the email confirmation yet 
may 13th is a sunday, nobody goes to the arcades on sunday, unless there is a tournament. It could be difficult for london players to meet you on sunday/monday.
I will ask around for you and see if anybody is available to meet you and play some games.
