Never seen a UK cvs2 player, i think the lack of arcade release helped nail that coffin shut. Still put it on somewhere though for a session.

i finally went to troc today. tekken 5 gets a lot of love! when i got there (around 4-ish?) there was a group of about 6-7 people around playing who all seemed to know each other. i got to play 3s against this asian guy called eric who was a nice guy (owned me too, out of 4 matches i think i only won 3 or 4 rounds), played dunley against me, and then urien and makoto against someone’s alex. was about 50-50, one sick round when eric’s makato came back with almost no health and took out alex who had a lot of health. i also saw him do a SA with dudley against alex who was in the middle of his SA. i can’t remember which no. sa it was for alex (its one where he does a few slashes at the start then goes into throws), but just before alex grabbed dudley, dudley did a sa. i didn’t know you could do that! does anyone know the number of frames alex is vulnerable/open for during a SA?
edit: all the t5 players had cards that they slotted into the machines, what’s that about? sorry if it’s a noob question but i never played tekken in arcade before

Demon Dash: I noticed you live in newcastle, well I may be going up there to stay with some family for a weekend sometime in May, so maybe we could hook up and play, they told me their flat is near st.james park stadium and there is some arcade around there too or if thats got no fighters, maybe we could have a console session I dont mind. Yasser: You should try to go troc in the evening time on a friday, the stronger 3s players don’t turn up until around 5-6ish (although recently a lot of players have not been turning up, probably because we are approaching exam time or something). About that 3s question of yours, its easy to do a super if you have blocked SA2 of Alex, you have plenty of time.

If the super is throable, like for example, Chunli’s SA2, if executed wrong can be thrown by Alex’s throw at the end of his SA2.
Dudley’s SA1 has invincibility frames, I think. SA3 is throable.
Sorry if I’m wrong; I’m relatively sure though.
