SrWilson, calling people liars… especially due to the fact that you really insist that the button layout extremely, severely, and utterly fucked up your gameplay potential by 75% (which by the way, is all in the mind) is somewhat the lowest you can go with people. Complaining about button layouts is a poor excuse to use. HKC and CIV practice on DC sticks and don’t complain and still kick people’s asses. I heard people from absolution witnessing Daigo play in casino playing ST on shitty casino stick/button setups, and still busted manz up.
No-one likes to be called liars, and no-one would respect people who call people liars especially if there’s no legitimate backup (legitimate… doesn’t mean, leaving trocadero 15 minutes before your last train is due to leave, which takes 15 minutes to get to the station and blaming the staff or SSMasters cos you always want to be right).
Now… please put this yoyo argument to rest. This has been going on for over 100 posts now. Just admit that you didn’t do well as you wanted to and there are better players in the London scene. Hey fellas, interesting thread you got here. I don’t think I know any of you and I really don’t want to understand the detail behind all of the arguments. But overall, the arguments and bad attitude towards each other can’t be good for any of you or the UK fighting game scene in general.
