I was lucky to avoid the reign of robust, everyone left at like 12:35 so I just decided to leave too, i’ll be back again, play at c-lot!

Hi guys, I’m new here at Shoryuken.com and looking for some people who I can play with (GGXX#R). I go to school here at UCLA, M-FRI, otherwise I live just south of Wilshire.
Um, what else should I say…I’m a total noob with an arcade stick, never really used it before except to play games like pacman or bubble bobble way back when… I’m fairly new to fighting games, GGXX#R is my very first. My friend told me about it, and I found a copy online and downloaded the game. Needless to say, I learned the game on keyboard, then bought a USB adapter for a ps2 controller, and now I’m learned on the controller 
(still haven’t dealt with sticks yet).
I’ve been to xscape a couple times but never really played, just went there to see if anyone plays on the guilty gear machine they got there. I noticed it isn’t #reload, but me not being familiar with GGXX I’m not entirely sure what the differences are (aside from some frame changes and FRC timings…and the look of the FRC and burst gauge, lol)
I’ve played the game a lot with a friend up in norcal where I live during the holidays, but down here I’ve only got computer AI to play against. I was wondering if you guys ever have casual matches with GGXX#R, with a ps2 or computer or whatever?
Anyway, hit me up with any info you got =P

Dunno if guy that used to fix sticks still sees this thread, but if somebody could put in a word to fix the fierce kick on player 1 side, and the light kick on player 2 side it’d sure make it easier to select characters again =D.
Potter’s light kick on player 2 side triggers the fierce kick on my player 1 side =(

I took a look at the sign posted on the X-Cape door and the place that X-Cape is at right now is going to become a Jamba Juice and the lounge next to Tsunami will become X-Cape… Unless I’m illiterate or something.
