What’s so bad about that? You are blowing it out of preportion. The Feng player scarifed damage for Oki, you can do this in DR too. Getting !B doesn’t mean you lose any chance at Oki.
There was no double floor stick, if you watch carefully after the Feng player finished the juggle with the shaolin handstand, the Lili player tried to get straight up so the next d/f+1 by Feng was a reset.
[edit]I didn’t see any broken shit from Miguel in that match either but his wall carry is very dumb, at least with baek/lee’s braindead wall carry juggles, you have to press more than two buttons to get the opp to the wall…
damn totally forgot T6 was being made, surprised to see vids are out and shit for this game haha. Wtf @ bound system
I need more armor king ASAP
Tekken dudes I got a quick question.

In this video when Wang does the throw to Devil Jin at :50 seconds was there anyway for Devil Jin to get out of that combo/juggle by rolling or anything. If not then god damn. He lost the round off of 1 throw haha.
Thx yall.
those last 3 hits were legit wall stun to bound (which you cannot escape from) to deathfist, YOU CAN’T ESCAPE!!
Getting a bound after a wall stun just seems daft to me, if you think wangs was bad wait till you see roger feng heihachi, Imo tekken 6 walls need looking at and fast
yeah dude, Im not sure what bound is, or when characters glow red when they have no life stuff is yet. But i did see some roger vids where he just destroys people when they get to the wall. The wall stuff seems crazier than T5, some insane shit I’ve been seeing in these match vids. the juggles are more crazy too, god damn haha.
I read somewhere they increased the life bars for the characters but it doesnt seem enough lol.
Bound happens when you see moves that knock the player down quickly. Some moves don’t knock the opponent straight down, but usually you’ll see the person getting hit bounce off the floor a little bit instead of just sticking to it. You can combo after that, but it’s far to fast to do it on reaction, you have to know when you’re bounding someone to keep comboing which means if you guess wrong you can get hit mid whiff string.
The red glow is the Rage system where once your health is considerably low enough (pretty much on your last breath of life) you take more damage so it’s easier to kill you with like a jab, but you do I believe 150% damage. It’s just a gimmick to let players that got almost raped (if they have the chance to) try and make a comeback more easily.
Oh wow thanks for the info Xii, good lookin out. Bound system sounds pretty cool, I hope its doesn’t mess anything up too crazy.
I really need this game! Levels and presentation is pretty nice, plus my boy Armor king looks dope as hell in these vids. I like when he is juggling someone and throws them while they are in the air, shit is hot. I gotta start saving my pennies to get that tekken money.

But with a system like this in place, no fight is truly over till someone is KO’ed. Cause it used to be get someone’s life meter down to that kinda level was like being bagged and tagged. But now anybody at anytime can make a comeback of epic proportions. And every character has something in their arsenal to make this kinda thing happen. There will be plenty of vids where something like this happens. I just wanna be the dude who makes the comeback and not on the end of combo like that.
I still like King more than A. King, but I’m glad now they’re quite a bit more different from each other than they previously were in DR. Everyone other than Paul seems to be a lot of fun now (never was a fan of Paul anyways) and I’m looking forward to picking up a PS3 to play this as well as a bunch of other stuff. Anybody know if this game is still Ps3/Arcade only or will it be seeing a 360 port as well?
There will be no 360 port.
after seeing DMC4 and VF5 ported to the 360 im kinda skeptical :\
Kick ass vid!!
I definitely want to try out Zafina!!
So is Miguel is more of a streetfighter, I thought he was going to be like a Spanish Bull Fighter with Dancing type attacks :wow:
So, does any arcade in the U.S. has this game, especially in So Cal, or are we totally screwed:arazz:
That won’t happened, as Namco officially stated awhile back that “Mishima’s are powerful in the Tekken Storyline, so they should be powerful in game.”
Those weren’t the exact words, but it was around that at least. So expect at least a few Mishima’s to be within the Top 5 for Tekken 6. The only one that most likely won’t make it up there is Jin, considering they shot him down to snot in T5 and he doesn’t seem that good judging from the people who have actually played him.
Sad really…since he was my character to play with.
Law looks a heck of alot of fun to play with in T6 now, he’s the one character besides Jin that I’m aching to really try out.
Jin was ok in T5 but in DR he was pretty solid. Lately I’ve been getting beat by good Jin players, brings a tear to my eye. And due to fanism, Law will always be a easy character to win with. Any time club thugs can bust combos out with Law you know he is “user-friendly”. I mind as well tell the story. About when Tekken 3 came out, this one club I use to go to use to have Tekken 3 tournaments every Sunday night for about four months. So one night me, my friend, and another guy we knew went to play them. When we got in there it was about 10 guys playing including me and my friend. Besides my friend and I using Jin, can you guess who the other eight guys played with?
We beat them but not buy much do to the scrubiness and the fact that we didn’t feel like getting our ass kicked in the clubs.
I admit Law has big combos…but trust me, he isn’t THAT easy to win with.
Okay…so now we’ve got Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Christina Aguilera, and Antonio Banderas…I can’t wait till we get characters based on Jet Li and Tony Jaa.
Armor King is seeming really solid in this game so far.
anybody know when the soundtrack comes out >_>
