No Scene in Ocala? You didn’t try hard enough. For SF the scene is minimal but they all take the 20 minute drive up to us in Gainesville (whose main game is SF). And in Marvel…their scene is pretty damn good.
@yocomodragon we play at serenity games in St. Pete for the most part they host weekly casuals on Tuesday and Sunday all day. Every once in a while there will be casuals a some of the guys homes in Tampa, but they probably would want to get to know you beforehand at a public place. As for tournaments, serenity games hosts one about once a month, with ranbats bi-weekly. We play ssf4 ae2012, marvel 3, and kofxiii as the main games I would say, but there is also a solid group for mk9. To get the details on that you will to get in touch with I$AAC (local mk expert). Turnouts can be anywhere from 10-20 for casuals and usually better for tournaments

Didn’t know CRTs could be laggy until we went to that Tourney in Sarasota. I used to look at people like dumbasses when they said shit like that. But then I played on that CRT and it left me dumbfounded. More often than not, a CRT won’t be laggy. But, it is possible
CRT’s can lag it’s just extremely unlikely. The issue is that sanford is transitioning from arcade to console and there’s a huge difference.

idk about vega, but bison can punish with scissor kicks most of the time afaik. Which version depends on distance and what headbutt honda used, but I think M scissors will do work against most of them
