I’m more curious about Viper. Right now the only good US players are Latif, Wolfkrone, and Ricky Ortiz. With the Viper nerfs will Latif and Wolfkrone still be able to win?
Her losing throw invulnerability on EX Seismo is pretty damning for them, I think.

Oh, and Viper won’t be free to throws - they gave the invincibility to HP thunder knuckle. She just won’t be able to get a free ultra for guessing right on a throw at the cost of 25% meter (and also being safe when blocked)
She still keeps throw invul when she does EX Seismo feint…so is she going to be unthrowable if she does HP TK feint? If so…that’s not bad at all.
Might stop using Ex machine gun blow all together, I have found things that work 10 times better.
