I talked to TRDMikeyFree as well and a few others, right now I am working at finding a place where we can meet up and play casuals/tournaments on a weekly or biweekly basis. I’ve been working out the details as well. what days are better for people? We can do it during then week at night say, 6-10(something around those hours) or we can do it in the afternoon during the weekend. If you guys could list the days you are more available and I will try to set it up to accommodate the majority. I know I am new to the scene but I feel this will be a great way to meet people and level up our game together.
Well if anyone car pools from smith town/stony brook to any of these sessions let me know. Seems like everything is in Nassau now and I can’t find any other convenient way to get there.
I’d try to get sessions going here again at SBU if I actually had a setup but all I have is bb/ggxxac/sf4 and an xbox stick, no system (could bring my ps2 and ps2 stick from home but I doubt anyone will come for just gg/3s lol 
). Not like theres anything else to do on weekends here, place is so dead on the weekends.
During the week i work not far from Nassau, so we could run sessions in Nassau during the week (best days are Mondays, Wednesdays) 6pm-etc
During the weekend, I’m in Suffolk (i stay home n’ try to save up on gas), so if we can run sessions in Suffolk, weekends would be great for me. Saturdays after 6pm, Sundays anytime.
Also spoke to TRDMikeyFree and it seems like we can make this a regular thing. It’d be great to boost the Strong Island presence in SSF4 and other fighting games, especially since we get looked down at compared to most other regions on the EC. Only person from LI that i even heard of being good really b4 was LI Tony.
Baldwin is really close its right off of the LIRR on the Babylon line, I definitely want to go to this
LI who??? Is he a marvel player I know there’s a handfull of really good play but don’t know there name. If your talking about SF pretty sure I can name 5 or more people that are really good not sure if there on “LI Tony” since I have never heard of this guy

If we do the weekdays I’m usually free, I just need to know a date so I can adjust my jobs schedule to get out at 4. I’m from westbury. Soon I’ll have a car so if people need a ride close by I’ll help ya out.
Weekends are gogogo for me. Occasionally I might need to work on Saturdays but I can work with that.

Okay so about TRDMikeyFree’s Casuals, he is looking to have casuals on Monday and Wensday from 5pm - 9-10pm. He can also have them on Friday or Saturday depending on if he works the day shift, if so then he can have it from 5pm - 10pm. The Play n Trade sessions in Bayshore are most likely coming back. The guy hosting them went on hiatus from super but is coming back to the scene. He is trying to figure out why it failed the first time so we can correct that and make it better. It’s $5 to enter, so if you are down to pay for it, let me know. Leave your inputs here and tell me what you guys think about the session, whether it be about paying, how far it is from your location, and are you willing to drive out here for it.
This might be our chance at getting Strong Island even closer together.
