Ah damn I miscounted. I had switched from the PS4 to my laptop so I just assumed Smug got the job done.
I didn’t say I’d be the shit. I said I could learn it. Learning how to do something and being great at that something are two different things.
I’ve already learned a trade. It isn’t a lawyer or doctor. It’s a trade though. All most of these things take is time and patience.
I wouldn’t want to learn either though. I’m not interested in either field.
The only fields I would be interested in learning are those I’m not totally sure I’d be capable of learning, like theoretical physics, string theory, applied random calculations, weirdo math problems that I don’t even currently know even exist etc
But even then I’d only want t know that shit as an exercise in entertainment and problem solving. I don’t actually want to be a theoretical physicist. Same as I’d like to be able to play a guitar but I don’t ever want to play in a band or perform guitar for people.
Like chess. I understand that game at an intermediate level enough to follow grandmaster games to a certain extent. And that’s all I ever wanted. I don’t want to be as strong as a grandmaster or as strong as an intermediate or to even play the game. I’d rather watch others play.
Computers however don’t excite me in any way shape or form beyond playing video games and mucking around on the internet.
