It’s pretty easy to give up before you try then say “oh the game was too hard” or whatever.

I tend to do better against Laura when I don’t try to challenge her too much. I often get stuffed when I try to match her normal for normal. But yeah, not a fan of the matchup

Take an extended break man. I’ve taken years off of hobbies and gone back to them. Maybe another game will come out that rekindles your love of the genre. You’re right though life’s too short to spend on shit that isn’t fulfilling.

With Gief, I like to make use of st.MK a lot. It’s the one thing I feel comfortable using. When they jump, I use st.HK. I don’t really feel comfortable using B+MP AA against Gief. This can be a pretty tough matchup for Cammy. He can stuff st.MK with well-timed jabs, so watch for that. Once that starts, I like to utilize st.HP. Don’t be afraid to pressure him on wakeup and always throw his ass when you can.
With Rog, I always do my best when I’m on the offense and never give him a chance to get into his flow. Now that can backfire because all it’ll take is for him to fish and catch you with a confirm into V-Trigger…and we all know how it goes after that. Neutral jumping works wonders, too, though if they figure it out, they can Dash Grand Blow (not sure if they can normally but they definitely can in EX) her neutral jump. You just really want to make Rog uncomfortable, so cross him up and just stay on his ass. Know when to back down and assess the situation, though. Going blow for blow with Balrog can go wrong very quickly. If they like to Dash Straight right in your face, punish with st/cr.LP into Spiral Arrow. I got a lot better against Rog when I started punishing Dash Straight. Don’t try to punish EX Dash Straight. He’s + on that.
Urien’s annoying. His normals are good, and a lot of what he does is safe. Despite that, I feel like Cammy can bully him well once she has him cornered. Don’t be afraid to challenge that Knee Drop with a well-timed B+MP (it can either trade or beat it clean) or Cannon Spike. Throw his ass like crazy, too. Most Urien’s like to wakeup EX Headbutt, so meaty him with st.LK and you’ll be able to block in time, allowing you to CC and continue. As you likely already know, if you block as he goes into Aegis, V-Reversal to get out of it.
when i play fighting games a lot I can start judging if I’m getting sick based on this.
