I don’t know how to get excited for a game that is supposed to come out in Fall 2017.

That is if no delays happen of-course and judging by this generation, they will most likely happen. I think SF5 might be one of the few games this generation that didn’t get delayed.

Unfinished games come out at a good time. The last 3 games ive played were unfinished games. The other 2 unfinished games had a much better price of course. Not counting paying 500 bucks for the new system.

This game needs a pixie character that actually has some bullshit. Rashid is obviously Capcom’s take on the pixie, but he doesn’t really have the BS that usually comes with that archetype…maybe they’ll buff him a bit next patch because right now he’s kind of lacking

But yeah Capcom should do a six char line up, but have Yun and Yang released simultaneously so instead of six we get seven characters in Season 2. I have this overwhelming desire to mantis slash shit.

Capcom is great at designing female characters and I have no problems whatsoever with these types of mods. Capcom knows exactly what they were doing to appeal to all tastes:

What I like about the SF girls is that they actually look like fighters and are still sexy while being a good fighter. Just look at Mika’s biceps in her swimsuit outfit. Bigger than mine in real life lol.
When I look at DoA for example (I like DoA5 don’t get me wrong), they all look like dolls who wouldn’t last long in a real fight.

For me it’s Laura, Mika and Chun.

I’ll never understand how some players have Character Crisis. SFV is in that sweet spot of simple but complex so I find it REALLY easy to bounce from character to character compared to the elder games…

Usually I go from Karin > Laura > Mika > Birdie > Rog > Cammy/Ryu/Juri but at the end of the day it’ll always be Karin until Akuma comes around or Maki since I doubt Guy will come in (I hated Guy in SF4)

I’m wondering if Character Crisis comes from a lot of losses or maybe deep inside you really don’t like SFV…or maybe some players just really like their main and not entirely the game itself…

Adon, Elena, Cody, Gen, Eagle, C.Viper

Basically characters with unique playstyles (Adon, Gen) or characters that you could go crazy with V trigger ideas (Cody, Eagle, Viper).

And of course the goddess of lame Elena the only black female SF character is a must have in this game.

Cody, Adon, and Elena would all fit better into this game than they ever did SF4. Love these characters, want them in a game that would allow them to truly shine.

I think we need to understand the criteria for which the S2 characters will be picked.

I think game play and popularity is almost the sole deciding factors now that the story is about done.

What gameplay styles do SF5 needs?

I think it needs a rekka character so Rolento, Fei, Poison or whatever. Secondly it needs another super defensive character like maybe Sagat. I don’t see us getting more grapplers soon on the other hand. Maybe Abel but I feel he would be redundant at this point.
