Xrd scene in Europe is so big there have been literally three tournaments in the region in the entire year and they were all qualifiers for Japanese tournaments. But I guess that three guys with their PS4 is already a scene.

Evo was a qualifier for a Japanese tournament, so what is your point? There are some top players in the world in France and Germany actually, but as you’re one of the more retarded posters on SRK, I’m not surprised you’re using Reddit as some sort of iron-clad source (not to mention that the source you posted has multiple people stating that the scene is active in Europe)

The fact they mention that the only way to play other people is to go on the dedicated Discord should make something click in the mind of the least awakened person, but I guess this gift doesn’t belong to anyone.

Umm nobody said that, Discord was mentioned as a way to find games, it was not said to be the only way to find games. The distinction is pretty obvious
People suggesting to join a regional Discord to find games usually means that it’s hard to find players otherwise. It happens for every single anime fighter on Steam. Discord groups for SFV are more a way to create a community bond when you don’t feel like playing random people all day long.
Also, can you provide sources about these “top world players” in Germany or France? These are the top players for both Sign and Revelator based on how much they earned in tournaments:
There are two European players in top 80 for Sign, both of which having participated at the same event, and zero in top 40 for Revelator. If they were top players they would get money for it right? Just as a comparison, there are 11 European players in the world top 50 for SF5 and 9 in the world top 50 for MKX.
There have been 16 SF5 tournaments in France alone and many of them were local or non ranking events. Where are all the Revelator tournaments? If there was a scene there would be at least a few locals per year right?

Hey, I didn’t quote anyone or take any sides. It was just a general statement. Hence the generic plural “you guys”. It’s really hard to convince someone their opinions are wrong on the internet unless you have some sort of personal connection. The best you can do is try to help out your own scene.
The last time I even even remember anyone talking about Xrd here it was just Veserius bringing up how how different the characters felt from SFV which is 100 percent factually true and some other people stated that it has the best graphics which is Super Saiyan true.

Wow you’re completely deluded, I don’t even really know what to say to the bolded part. As far as top European players: the best one in the world right now would probably be KenDeep (German), who qualified for Toushinsai (which is a high honor). There was also another European player King-Rasta (I think he is German as well, although tbh I’m not entirely sure where he’s from) who qualified. There are a ton of good French players, but the most notable would probably be Alioune. Also, I’m sorry, but those lists you posted are garbage and aren’t a good representation at all of who the top players are
