I don’t remember right now who it was (i think it was a forum user, using the sprite kits released for the press and fans), but more than calling them out it was just a sprite comparison for when BB, SFHD remix etc were released.
Yeah, I just like the way it looks. I like the way the colors mesh and that the sprites “appear” to look HD whether they are or not. I also like the pretty colors, but then again I have a mild protan colourblindness that may affect how I judge colors in games. And I’m a huge fan of the backgrounds. Stylistically I prefer games that have a happy or bright graphical artstyle like bioshock infinite, versus a more gritty look like the original bioshocks. So with kof 13 I really like some of the more colourful backgrounds over the more drab ones.
But as pretty as I thought the game was, it wasn’t enough to make me want to invest time into it.

KBrad needs to implement jump back os and also chase the jump backnos with a spiral. Lastly he needs to up his AA game, especially against necalli where you have to do dp instead of a b.mp. he played really good neutral and had nice pressure though.
