For some reason my internet slows down DRASTICALLY between the hours of 7pm and 11pm (19:00 to 23:00). Sometimes on the weekend the slowdown persists until midnight or 1 in the morning. This happens every day. I have no idea why. Maybe those are the times people are home off work watching netflix and shit.
Streaming does use a lot of bandwidth.
The 5 Mbps restriction does not even make sense unless you are streaming 1080p at the same time.
Yeah I don’t get why it was 256 players only. When you see the numbers of SF5 tournaments you should’ve made room for twice more people at least.

my speedtests usually cap out at 4.8mbps UL, guess i can’t play. who cares if my ping is good and i have no jitter
This would probably be because your ISP has accepted more users than they should and thus has higher demand for bandwidth than they can provide.
Also check your home network, maybe someone is stealing your WiFi. It happened at my parents’s house before, They had their WiFi password as 123456789 so a monkey can crack that.
How can you tell if someone is stealing your wifi? I would love to catch that nigga and beat the shit out of him.
