Can’t wait to try Juri… Then lose cuz I don’t know how to use her yet… Then out of frustration go back to Laura… Then fight one of her many bad matchups and lose… Fuck.
@yung_balrog was gifted with a mcrib from the Shoryuken overlords while @halberdius received the purge of 2016. Considering @yung_balrog did the unthinkable and kept his word about posting pornographic content upon receiving 10 likes this comes as a surprise to us all. He has left forum members baffled while he continues to run rampant with apparently no end in sight!
That’s right. You’ve been hit by, you’ve been struck by…A SMOOTH CRIMINAL!!
What will @yung_balrog do next? Will the Z-warriors be able to put an end to his reign of terror? Or will they succumb to his untamable fists? Find out today!
As my fellow countrymen endeavor to traverse this fantastic new world, filled with Juri Han and a new lounge created for the discussion of life and it’s finer pleasures, I wish upon you all a good morning.
Both Hakan and Q are characters with an interesting subsystem that deserve a second chance in SFV. Not only werr they trash (mostly in Qs case), but they also fit into the game pretty much perfectly. VSkill and VTrigget werr pretty much made for guys like them.
seems with 5 some people forgot that online points mean jackshit.
especially in a game with a netcode which allows one sided rollbacks without any way
to communicate with your opponent to even be able to find out if the connection was ok or not.
its kinda funny when they are to afraid to go to real tourneys which are avaiable for them.
real world experience with a guy next to em would hit em hard i guess.
It’s scrubby as fuck, I mean share online story’s and share what worked or what you found out, or what problems you’ve been having, but fuck win streaks and pictures of beating Pro players. Fuck man, this is as low as it gets. Thats the reddit shit that comes up on the google search when your looking for something. This place used to be quite technical, even for people that were not that good at the game.
I honestly don’t do that because that’s not the point of playing the game. At least to me. I try to take something from every match that I can learn from and apply it in a different match. Sometimes I lose terribly because I’m trying new things or trying to switch my style up because my previous style is starting to become predictable and being blown up by better players.
I have the most fun when I play the game to learn because when I learn new things it makes the game deeper for me. I personally think SFV has more depth than people give it credit for. Yes, it is more of a back to basics approach than 4. But simplicity is not always a bad thing.
As a matter of fact the only reason I play ranked is so I can level up and get matched with better competition. If I was still getting matched with platinums and diamonds in casual I wouldn’t give a fuck about ranked anymore.
Not true. I have only about 1.2mb/s upload speed and I can play with people here with no issue. Heck even European connections have been fine 90% of the time.
There’s a guy in the Smash thread who has speeds comparable to yours and yet his connection is complete ass with everyone he plays. There’s more factors to consider than just the upload/download speed.
Also, Capcom managed to mess up again. In European territories, you won’t be able to purchase Juri with real money on PSN until August 1st due to a submission error:
