stop drinking red bull!
Just finished downloading the game yesterday, like 21 GB’s. That new expansion sounded cool, so I decided to try it, so we’ll see. There’s a free booster pack for ps plus members.
I think Maxi has become immortal (infected by soul edge, I think), so most likely he will keep appearing.
SCV has been in the tournament scene for many years, longer than previous iterations. Why, last year it appeared in less tournaments, but two years ago it was still in many. Itazan had some awesome matches in Final Round with his Astaroth!
Fuck energy drinks, those are for weak people!!!
House music is so fucking good. God damn.
Whenever you guys hear Kanzuki beach theme as your main menu music, think of me, it’s my favorite theme. lol
That’s in dispute. I grew up playing aris semi tietyt and a host of others at sc2. Was never great but I could hold my own.
Here’s to hoping sc6 plays like sc2
But it won’t and people will waste their money on it. I seriously don’t know why people even bother with that game, it’s pretty obvious the developers had no idea what they were doing once sc3 came out.
Sc1 and 2 were by far the series pinnacle.
SC1 was busted as hell. If you weren’t playing Lizardman, you were doing it wrong.
His ring out from anywhere was pretty ridonk, but there were more ridiculous things in that game. Sc1 was fun as hell because of how broken it was. True kusoge, but the good kind.
I can only hope that Tekken x Street Fighter was sacrificed to create Soul Calibur x Darkstalkers.
Ivy vs Morrigan
Nightmare vs Demitri
Maxi vs Jon Talbain
Astaroth vs Victor
Voldo vs Anakaris
Mitsirugi vs Bishamon
Cervantes vs Lord Raptor
Taki vs Felicia
DO IT
B.B. Hood is one of the greatest fighters Capcom has ever made.
Obviously the series pinnacle was that shitty ps3 f2p game that i cant remember the name of
SC1 - Broken as hell but fun if you looked past the broken shit.
SC2 - Step Guard and the high damage made the game super fast. It was just as fun though.
SC3 - Pile of shit. EDIT: Don’t play this game. Ever. It’s a buggy mess.
SC4 - Super slow paced game with a retarded GB mechanic. Your guard break, you instantly lose the round. Voldo was top tier though because of that mechanic.
SC5 - The most mechanically sound out of all the games. The game play needed a few adjustments to be god-tier. The game itself lacked most of the memorable cast.
If I ever meet the idiot that animated ibuki quick rise. I’ll break his back
SC2 and 3 were good. 4 I liked as well. 5 was garbo and that souls tale thing…game…never played 1.
Soul Calibur - On my favorite console of all time, and a breakthrough in graphics along with DOA2 and Tekken 3.
Soul Calibur 2 - The biggest break through in graphics, more than any other Soul Calibur, one of the first titles that really showed us what the 6th generation consoles could do mid way into their life cycle. Probably the most iconic main stream Soul Calibur game.
Soul Calibur 3 - The PS2 exclusive, the game with little to no marketing campaign or commercials, the game no knew was even out until they saw it at blockbuster or gamestop poster. The most forgettable SC game. Was interesting when I rented it though, very different from SC2.
Don’t care about the rest.
I don’t like Ibuki but I will join you
it is fun and good to hurt people
Fun fact sc2 was the first console game you could play in HD. In the Xbox version there was special options for it to play in 720i if you had one of the 2000 dollar proto-hd tv’s of the era.
sc5 maybe had the best “gameplay” of the bunch but it had no heart, and no characters, and that laughable bad story mode since they saw mk9 and went “me too!”
SC2 is still my spirit soul calibur.
Burst limit is tekken and dbzf is marvel.
soon…
Bring back Zas and Talim for SC6 please those were some of the most glaring omissions from a roster in fighting game history aside from Sagat in this game.
